Now we get it refunds are a normal part of online shopping right? If you buy a shirt and it doesn’t fit, you return it. If a gadget arrives broken, back it goes. Totally fair. But digital products? They’re a whole different ballgame. If you buy a physical item and want a refund you usually have to send it back. The company gets the item back in good condition and you get your money. It’s a clean exchange.

But What If It Doesn’t Work? Or I Can’t Access It?

Let’s clear this up right now If something doesn’t work we’re absolutely here to help. A No Refund Policy doesn’t mean we vanish once you hit “Buy.” It just means we can’t reverse the transaction not that we don’t care.

  • The download didn’t go through

  • You’re confused about how to use the product
